Welcome to Anshu Medicine Centre. By using our services — whether through our website, WhatsApp, phone, in-store visit, or home delivery — you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Anshu Medicine Centre is a licensed retail pharmacy operating from:

Askuri Complex, Utri Sangat, Phulwarisharif, Patna, Bihar - 801505

We are authorised to sell pharmaceutical products under a valid drug licence issued by the competent authority in Bihar.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our services in any manner, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to be bound by them
• You are legally competent to enter into this agreement (18 years or older)
• If placing an order for a minor, you are their parent or legal guardian

3. Products and Services

We offer:

• Prescription (Rx) medicines — Schedule H, H1, and X
• Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines
• Baby care, mother care, and personal care products
• Ayurvedic and herbal products
• Medical devices (BP monitors, glucometers, thermometers, nebulizers, etc.)
• Health supplements and wellness products

All products are sourced from licensed distributors and manufacturers.

4. Prescription Requirements

• We reserve the right to verify the prescription's authenticity
• We may contact the prescribing doctor if clarification is needed
• We will refuse to dispense any medicine that:
  • Requires a prescription but is ordered without one
  • Is prescribed on an expired, illegible, or suspicious prescription
  • Would be dangerous based on stated allergies or interactions
• Submitting a fake or altered prescription is a criminal offence under Indian law

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices displayed or quoted are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Discounts and offers are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn anytime
• Accepted payment modes:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Bank transfer
  • In-store card payments (where available)
• All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR)

6. Placing Orders

Order confirmation via WhatsApp or phone from our side means the order is accepted. If we cannot fulfil an order (out of stock, prescription issue, delivery area), we will inform you promptly.

7. Delivery

• Home delivery is available within Phulwarisharif and nearby areas of Patna
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, staff availability, or product sourcing
• Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the order
• ID verification may be required for controlled substances
• Delivery charges (if any) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
• If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability or an incorrect address, we may reattempt or return the order

8. Order Cancellation and Refunds

9. Medical Advice Disclaimer

• Our staff may provide general information about medicines (dosage, side effects, common interactions)
• This is not a substitute for a consultation with your doctor
• Always consult a Registered Medical Practitioner for medical decisions — especially for chronic conditions, during pregnancy, or when giving medicine to children
• We are not liable for adverse reactions from medicines that were properly dispensed but used against medical advice or without appropriate consultation

10. Substitutes and Alternatives

• If a specific brand is unavailable, we may suggest an equivalent generic or alternative brand
• Substitution happens only with your explicit consent
• Substituted medicines will match the same active ingredient, strength, and dosage form

11. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and delivery information
• Submit only genuine, valid prescriptions
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorised purposes
• Not resell medicines purchased from us
• Store medicines properly as per package instructions
• Follow all dosage instructions given by your doctor
• Not share our services with anyone under 18 without parental consent

12. Intellectual Property

• The Anshu Medicine Centre name, logo, website content, and design are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding for commercial purposes without written permission
• Product brand names belong to their respective manufacturers

13. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may include links or embeds from third parties (Google Maps, WhatsApp, payment gateways, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific order in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for issues arising from misuse of medicines, self-medication, or failure to follow professional medical advice

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, network outages, or supply chain disruptions.
